ScaleNova — Account & Data Deletion

1. Overview

This page explains how to delete your ScaleNova account and request deletion of the personal data associated with it. ScaleNova is an application developed and operated by ScaleNova ("we", "us", "our"). It also covers data collected through our website, Meta Pixel, or any Facebook/Instagram integration, in line with Meta's Platform Data Deletion requirements.

2. Delete Your Account In-App

If you created a ScaleNova account, you can request its deletion directly:

• Open the ScaleNova app and go to Settings → Account.
• Select "Delete Account" and confirm the request.
• Your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

3. Request Deletion by Email

You can also request deletion of your ScaleNova account and data by emailing sales@scalenova.co.in with the subject line "Account and Data Deletion Request". Please include:

• Your full name and the email address associated with your ScaleNova account.
• If applicable, the Facebook or Instagram account you used to interact with our page or ads.
• A brief description of your request.

4. What Data Is Deleted and What Is Retained

Upon verification, we delete your account and the personal data linked to it — including your profile information, content you submitted, and usage data — from our systems and from connected service providers (such as analytics or advertising platforms), typically within 30 days.

We may retain a limited subset of information where we are required to do so to comply with legal, tax, accounting, or security obligations, or to resolve disputes. Such data is kept only for as long as the applicable obligation requires (generally up to 7 years for financial records) and is then deleted.

5. Confirmation

Once your account and data have been deleted, we will send a confirmation email to the address you provided.
